Order data is managed digitally with high accuracy and speed.
We have cultivated our relationships with many forwarders over two decades.
Whether it’s by air, sea or land, we can leverage our expertise to provide the best transportation services so that you won’t ever have to worry about logistics.
The customer operations manager conducts face-to-face meetings with their assigned clients every quarter to review the previous quarter’s delivery quality and on-time performance. They also gather the customer’s forecasted demand and order plans for the upcoming quarter. Based on these projections, the manager adjusts the minimum and maximum inventory levels for finished/semi-finished goods both at the consignment warehouse and the production site.
Bi-weekly SOP (Sales, Operations, Planning, or Procurement) meetings are held to ensure that customer requirements and any changes are implemented promptly. These meetings also serve to align production, quality, logistics, and inventory to keep operations running according to plan.
A dedicated full-time inspector is stationed at the port’s container yard to supervise loading operations. The inspector ensures each container is clean, intact, and leak-free, that every package is in good condition with clearly legible labels, and that the container is loaded safely and in compliance with regulations.

The customer operations manager tracks each shipment—whether by sea container or air freight—and provides customers with weekly or bi-weekly updates on transportation progress. For urgent deliveries or last-minute changes, air freight is arranged as needed.

Based on customer needs and systems (e.g., SAP), the customer operations manager coordinates with the client to define detailed consignment procedures, including product types, quantities, and timelines. This includes but is not limited to:
a. Just-in-Time (JIT) inventory control
b. Regular forecast reports aligned with customer demand
c. Monitoring consumption data from customer systems and alerting for low-stock items to prompt replenishment
By collaborating with supply chain finance institutions and leveraging internal financial strength, the company provides liquidity support to suppliers—helping clients benefit from extended and favorable payment terms.
