Equipment: Three-Point Micrometer, Diameter Micrometer
Dimensions such as diameters are checked manually.
Equipment: Zeiss CMM
The engineering tolerance of each individual finished goods is inspected by Zeiss CMM.
This process ensures each finished goods stay within the required tolerance.
Equipment: Microscope, Tensile Tester, Durometer
Metallurgy properties, tensile strength and hardness are examined thoroughly.
Based on approximately three years of production experience and data accumulation, the sales engineer collaborates with the customer’s design engineer to update the existing product design. The goal is to minimize the casting weight as much as possible—while still meeting all design performance and manufacturability requirements—in order to achieve better functional and economic performance.
Drawing from around three years of production data and experience, the sales engineer works together with the customer's engineer to fundamentally change the manufacturing process of certain components (e.g., switching between casting, welding, stamping, or forging) to optimize either cost-efficiency or performance.
After gaining sufficient production experience and data, the sales engineer engages with the customer to explore alternative materials or grades—under the premise of meeting all necessary functional requirements—to achieve better cost-effectiveness.
