Customer Requirement Consultation


The sales engineer communicates thoroughly with the customer to understand their initial design drawings and performance requirements — especially any specific needs regarding weight, wall thickness, strength, key dimensions, or procurement cost — in order to meet the design engineer’s expectations as much as possible.

Feasibility Study for Manufacturing


Based on the information provided by the sales engineer, the development engineer evaluates the manufacturability and cost-effectiveness of mass production for the component.
Estimated time: 1–2 weeks

Casting Process Simulation via Software


Production engineers use computer simulation software (JSCAST) to simulate the casting process based on the detailed technical parameters provided. This allows for final discussion, optimization, and confirmation of the customer's design.
Estimated time: 1–2 weeks


Sample Production


The method of sample production is determined by the required characteristics and quantity of prototype parts. For large volume, weight, or quantity, real molds will be used. 3D printing may be applied depending on the part’s material, complexity, size, and weight. If heat treatment, machining, or surface treatment is needed, it will follow accordingly.
Estimated time: 4–8 weeks


Sample Inspection and Delivery


All samples will be inspected for material properties, dimensions, shape, surface quality, and internal defects in accordance with the design requirements. Each inspection report, along with delivery documents, will be submitted to the customer.
