DFD found in 2002, it produces investment casting parts with an area of 28,000sqm plant site. It controls the whole production process with ERP system since 2007. It focuses on high quality SS/alloy material with entire processing control plan. The production capacity is 100,000pcs/month (nearly 100 tons/month) DFD tons/month) DFD obtained its ISO-9001:2000 Quality Management System Certificate in 2003 and its EU PED and JWWA Quality certificate in 2004.

DCM found in 2005, it produces precision casting parts for an annual capacity of 600 metric tons with staff team of 100 over rich-experience and good-skilled employees.

Professional auditors and product responsibility engineers conduct on-site production management audits at the manufacturing facility every six months, following the VDA6.3 standard. These audits include designated product quality reviews and assessments of factory management compliance.
Product responsibility engineers track and verify the manufacturing process of their assigned products and respective factories at least once every two weeks during production. Based on production and shipment history, each product type undergoes random or full inspection before packaging in accordance with AQL sampling principles..
The Dalian Inspection Center (DIC) conducts sampling inspections based on various product quality cycles defined by the company's quality department. Factories are required to deliver designated batches of ready-to-ship products to DIC, where inspections are carried out according to control plans for each product. Results are then fed back to the production facility by the responsible engineer to ensure continuous improvement.
